Kanesville Core Streetscape

Council Bluffs, Iowa

The west gateway to downtown Council Bluffs is the most visible approach to the city’s historic center. Chroma Design has developed a rich palette of materials for a new streetscape complete with special monuments, custom lighting, way-finding signs, sculpture, colorful paving, and intensive plantings. This project will extend the historic city center streetscape out to Kanesville Boulevard and will connect West Broadway’s streetscape improvements with downtown.
